Hi, I am Yves Vacheresse, a professional French-trained Chef and Wellbeing Coach from Lyon, France.

I will coach you on how to raise your awareness and make more appropriate choices so that you can bring more health and vitality into your life. My program includes:

One on one Weekly Calls

Up to 90 minute session a week via Zoom.

Kitchen Review

A winemaker once told me: “It’s impossible to end up with a good wine if you start with shitty grapes!” Same goes with food. When cooking, more than half the job is done when you start with good quality ingredients.

So, in this session, we look at the food products in your refrigerator, freezer and pantry and sort out the ones that will be the base for great dishes supportive of great health and the ones that won’t.

Shop for Nourishment

There is a huge difference taste-wise and nutrition-wise between food products bought at your average supermarket and the ones sourced at your local farmer’s market or in stores featuring local ingredients!

I’ll show you where to find the best stuff and how to shop for the truly healthy brands when we go to your local Farmer’s market and health-oriented grocery store (like Erewhon, Santa Monica Coop in LA; Whole Foods or equivalent elsewhere).

Private Cooking Class

A fun and lighthearted session where you get to have your very own cooking show in your kitchen!

This is a hands-on experience facilitated by a professional Chef with decades of high level experience (yours truly!) where you’ll learn how to make awesome healthy food for a party you can then throw later for family and friends.

Sometimes, knowing what to eat and how to eat is not enough to lighten your load. You may need to go beyond food.

In addition to helping you with food and eating, I can help you create a routine on your wellbeing journey sharing the practices of EFT/tapping, meditation, yoga, and conscious breath. (Hover over photos below for further information)
